London Colney Colts Blues - Match Report from Peter Lake

Day 1
On what's was the hottest day ever in May in Holland London Colney Colts U11's took over the Aviko Cup! Nicks reviewed the Reds so here goes with the Blues⚽️👍 1st Match against Rumeiner TV was a 3 - 0 win with a great hat trick from Sam E to settle any nerves. Next came HSC and 4 - 1 victory. On the score sheet were Sam (2) Tareq (1), Zac (1). There followed HVCH and another 4 - 0 win. Banging them in were Jed(2), Sam (1) and Oscar (1).Finally it was Siol and the heat was taking its toll and it finished 1 - 0 to us with a strike from Eyad (1). So 4 out of 4 and thru to the next round on Sunday when the games are sure to get tougher. Well done all the boys from both teams. You've got to be in it to win it⚽️⚽️🤔

Day 2
Well done to the U11Reds deserved winners of the Aviko Cup⚽️⚽️👍 The Blues pipped to third place on goal difference. 2 goals would have done it🙄 The boys played fantastically well in sweltering heat and many of the opposition parents complimented us on our football. A group of Dutch dads came over to specifically watch the Reds v Blue Derby (finished 2 - 1 to the Reds). Great weekend, great company and great football!! We are Colney Colts say we are Colney Colts!!
